WEATHERFORD NEW STEEL SUCKER ROD 24-MONTH
LIMITED WARRANTY

Weatherford Completion & Production Systems warrants against defect in material and workmanship the steel sucker rods, pony rods, and couplings manufactured by or licensed for manufacture by Weatherford Completions & Production Systems for a period of two years to the original purchaser of such products.

This warranty will cover the replacement of the defective part including the normal and reasonable well servicing costs directly related to the fishing and rerunning of the rod string to the point of failure only. No other consequential damages shall be the liability of Weatherford Completions & Production Systems.

This warranty does not cover the cost of failures caused by misapplication, improper handling, improper joint makeup, accident, alteration, abuse, or misuse of the steel sucker rods.

Any claim for sucker rod warranty by the original purchaser of the product must b submitted in writing to Weatherford Completions & Production Systems within two (2) years from the original delivery dates of such sucker rod product.

Any such claim submitted shall be accompanied by a sucker rod string design and any other information as required by Weatherford Completions & Production Systems that would be deemed necessary to complete the necessary analysis to determine root cause of any failure.

In the event a dispute would arise, resulting from the findings of such analysis, Weatherford Completions & Production Systems would retain the right to submit the data pertinent to the claim to a qualified third party independent testing lab for analysis. The original purchaser and Weatherford Completions & Production Systems would be bound by the findings of the third party analysis and would agree to share such costs incurred.

TRC #1 USED STEEL SUCKER ROD 25-MONTH
LIMITED WARRANTY

TRC Services, Inc., including its subsidiaries, ("TRC")  warrants against defect in material and workmanship the steel sucker rods, pony rods, and couplings reconditioned by TRC for a period of twenty-five (25) months to the original purchaser of such services or products.  This Limited Warranty is specific to steel sucker rods, pony rods, and couplings that have been designated TRC #1.

This warranty will cover the replacement of the defective part including the normal and reasonable well servicing costs directly related to the fishing and rerunning of the rod string to the point of failure only. No other consequential damages shall be the liability of TRC.

This warranty does not cover the cost of failures caused by misapplication, improper handling, improper joint makeup, ineffective chemical inhibition programs, accident, alteration, abuse, or misuse of the steel sucker rods.

Any claim for sucker rod warranty by the original purchaser of the product must be submitted in writing to TRC within twenty-six (26) months from the original delivery dates of such sucker rod product.

Any such claim submitted shall be accompanied by a sucker rod string design, the entire length of both ends of the part, and any other information as required by TRC that would be deemed necessary to complete the necessary analysis to determine root cause of any failure.

LIMITED WARRANTY

TRC Services, Inc., including its subsidiaries, ("TRC")  warrants against defect in material and workmanship the steel sucker rods, pony rods, and couplings reconditioned by TRC for a period of twenty-five (25) months to the original purchaser of such services or products.  This Limited Warranty is specific to steel sucker rods, pony rods, and couplings that have been designated TRC #1 Blem.

This warranty will cover the replacement of the defective part including the normal and reasonable well servicing costs directly related to the fishing and rerunning of the rod string to the point of failure only. No other consequential damages shall be the liability of TRC.

This warranty does not cover the cost of failures caused by misapplication, improper handling, improper joint makeup, ineffective chemical inhibition programs, accident, alteration, abuse, or misuse of the steel sucker rods.  TRC #1 Blem sucker rods, pony rods, and couplings are limited to design  and applications not to exceed 65% of new sucker rods, pony rods, and coupling applications.   Applications exceeding this limitation shall not be covered by this Warranty.

SUCKER ROD CLAIMS PROCEDURES

Problems are never a fun proposition.  But, if you encounter one, TRC wants to make the resolution process the best you will ever experience.

If you have any problem or concern regarding a product or service you purchased from TRC, immediately contact our office or your TRC representative.  We cannot fix it if we do not know about it.

In the event of a rod failure, please do not clean the parts.

Depending on the part which caused the failure, we will need the following to accurately determine the cause:

► New Rods:  The stamped upset with the heat code and date
► of manufacture.

► Body Failures: A minimum of one foot on both sides of the break.

► Pin Failures: The upset end with the broken pin and the mating coupling,
► or the pin end with the galled threads and the mating coupling.

► Coupling Failures:  Both halves and the hole coupling.

Please identify each part with a tag that includes your company name, the lease name and number, and the number of rods from surface to failure.

We will need all of the above plus the information contained in our Claim Form before we can determine the root cause of the failure. Once you have secured and tagged the parts above, please contact us and we will arrange to have them picked up for our analysis.
